It is a user-friendly system used to record all re-fuelling carried out on your sites and to calculate average consumption. The system sends the data via an existing internet network or GPRS modem. Quarry Fuel Control® calculates the consumption of your vehicles and automatically signals all anomalous re-fuelling operations or consumption. The system can be installed or integrated into existing plants. Connection via a connector complete with cable means installation is simple and quick.
Quarry Fuel Control® is available in two versions: Light and Pro.

What is it
Quarry Fuel Control® is a software that allows real time display of all fuel deposits and assignment of the various re-fuelling permits. The user interface is easy to use, creates reports and the statistics for the individual vehicle. The software automatically signals any anomalous consumption or unauthorised re-fuelling. The data can also be exported locally. By interacting with the Quarry Maintenance Control® software, the system can be used to automatically control the kilometres/working hours of the machines for maintenance management.
How
Quarry Fuel Control® is very easy to install and non-invasive; the system is installed without interventions or modifications to the existing plant (if present). The system is supplied with a control box, complete with a small touch-screen monitor. This is necessary for the introduction, processing, control and display of the data.
