It is a user-friendly system for recording all production data, machine work times and energy consumption, both for mobile and fixed plants. The system sends the data via existing internet network or GPRS modem as an e-mail or sms. All data and reports are displayed via the web pages with total compatibility with all PCs or Macs. Automatic messages can also be sent via mail giving:

What is it
Quarry Production Control® is a simple and complete system used to monitor, control and record all work data, plant real work times and energy consumption (both electric current and fuel). The software, on web platform, allows to display the entire production log and very simply create production and energy consumption reports. The data can also be exported locally via SD Card. The data is sent automatically from the system at the end of the day without any operator intervention. A local printer can be used to print-out the reports directly, divided into production batches. This is a very useful function when working with re-cycled material.
How
Quarry Production Control® installation is very simple and non-invasive; the system is installed without interventions on the existing electric plant, but by easily installing production control sensors. These are essentially made up from a continuous conveyor belt weighing system and energy meter/network analyser. A control board with touch-screen monitor processes the data coming from sensors in the field and allows total management. The system is completely modular and can be increased and customised entirely. This means the investment can be optimised through time. Quarry Production Control® is a system that grows with the customer depending on requirements. It can be installed on any type of plant. Quarry Control Pro® can be installed on fixed or mobile systems.
