What is it
Quarry Control Light® is a system that allows to optimise production control, i.e. to monitor the production situation in real time and automatically manage the entire production process and the quantity of material the plant produces, via the conveyor belt weighing systems and electric energy meters. The system controls the main machines at work and automatically regulates the correct quantity of material. If the type of material varies, Quarry Control Light® will manage everything, monitoring the situation in real time and optimising the entire production process. Quarry Control Light® also controls anomalous production data: this is recorded immediately and sent via mail, allowing immediate warning in the event of excessive production slow down or down times. This useful function means that the plant administrator does not have to consult all data every day, thus wasting precious time!
How
Installation of Quarry Control Light® is minimally invasive. In fact, the system is installed without intervening on the existing electrical plant, but just operating on the speed of the various feeders and installing control sensors. An automated control board with touch-screen monitor allows total management. The system is completely modular and can be increased and customised entirely. This means the investment can be optimised through time. Quarry Control Light® is a system that grows with the customer depending on requirements. It can be installed on any type of plant.
