The data is acquired and recorded without operator interventions, as is forwarding of the daily reports via e-mail, sms, etc…Installation times and plant down times depend on the complexity of the plant itself and the management operations to be implemented.

What is it
Quarry Control Pro® is a complete control and total management system that allows stop/start of the entire motors sequence with just one command. The innovative production control system, which has been developed thanks to the great experience of Ma-estro staff, accurately monitors, controls, manages and records all of the data necessary for calculation of the production cost, self-adjusting to best optimise the use of every machine. With total control of automation and production, the system allows plant optimisation and use of the machine with best performance possible, with excellent production and minimum cost. Quarry Control Pro® also controls and manages all alarms and anomalous production data, which is recorded immediately and sent via mail, allowing the operator to be informed immediately in the event of excessive production slow down or down times. This useful function means that the plant administrator does not have to consult all data every day, thus wasting precious time! This is all obtained with the insertion of weighing systems on the conveyor belt and electric energy meters within the plant along with control sensors on all critical points of the same. In this way, the system controls the entire machine and automatically regulates the correct quantity of material. If the type of material varies, Quarry Control Pro® will manage everything, monitoring the situation in real time, auto-regulating and optimising the entire production process.

How
Plant installation and down times depend on the complexity of the plant itself and the management operations to be implemented. The Quarry Control Pro® hardware component (electric control board), replaces the previous method of managing the plant. It is possible to intervene with a "hardware update" in some cases if the plant concept is already envisioned with PLC logic, while if it has electro-mechanical logic, it must all be replaced with a new system with management PLC. The system is completely modular and can be enlarged or customised at any time. Quarry Control Pro® is a system that grows with the customer depending on requirements. It can be installed on any type of plant.
