What is it
Quarry Maintenance Control® records all activities linked to production and maintenance operations management. It automatically manages all expiries, informing the user via video messages, e-mail or sms. All of the interventions are filed in a database and can be consulted at a future date. The software creates detailed reports regarding times requested for carrying out the various activities and the relative costs, as well as the operating hours of the vehicles and plants. Quarry Maintenance Control® is aimed at small companies, where great attention to costs is imperative and also medium/large companies, where unique management based on a web server system allows highly efficient and easy communication with all computer systems in all production and administration units of the same.

How
The expiry of the activities monitored is determined by meters connected to the individual machines. The value of the meters can be updated manually or automatically, on the basis of the average daily use of the machine. Moreover, the system can be interfaced directly with the machines in the field, to automatically monitor the hours of use of machines or plants in real time. This is also possible for mobile plants thanks to the use of a GSM modem or other wireless solutions. The many maintenance interventions requested for perfect production plant efficiency, make the management of all expiries difficult. The risk is performing the maintenance interventions at the wrong times, only because updated and immediate information is not available regarding the last interventions performed. Moreover, the system supplies the staff with the instructions for performing each individual maintenance activity, thus making every intervention safe

Customised data filtering
The system allows to create an infinite number of activities and to associate them to the relative machines or plants. The various meters, managed by time, km, cycles, etc. can be updated automatically via connection to PLC or GSM modem or automatically self-increased by the system and updated by the same at pre-established intervals.

Simplicity and clarity
The main screen allows to monitor all activities and relative expiry dates. Simple filters allow the various activities to be divided with just a few clicks of the mouse.

Promptness
The system highlights the expired activities, can also send an e-mail or sms to one or more addressees. As well as indicating the expiry, Quarry Maintenance Control also sends a detailed report with the procedures that the operator must perform in order to carry out the intervention in complete safety.

User friendly
To facilitate the introduction of the interventions carried out into the database, a bar code is printed at the side of every activity to be performed. When maintenance has been completed, the operator only has to read the bar code and introduce any notes to complete the filing of said intervention.

Data always on hand
Simple reports allow the data to be consulted, divided by type of activity, operator, plant area, department etc.

Distance is no longer a problem
The GSM Modems installed directly on the machines automatically update the activity meters, without the possibility for errors. This allows to know the times of use of the machines and plants spread over the territory, whether they are lorries, mobile plants or small pieces of equipment.
