What is it: a sensor installed over the crusher. It operates with a sonar system that measures the distance from the sensor to the reading point using continuous ultrasound, returning a value that goes from 0 to 100%. The system is not affected by dust or sprays of water.

What is it used for: the sensor is used to stop feeding in the event of jamming and to regulate the infeed material flow rate. In fact, with this type of sensor it is possible to establish the quantity of material present in the crusher in order to determine the correct amount of stones that can be introduced so that maximum production can be guaranteed.
